Clothing

Our sauna is, for hygienic reasons, a textile-free area. In the rest of the area, we ask you to wear a robe and slippers.
We are pleased to welcome you in a bath robe 10 minutes before your spa treatment.
All body massages can be performed better without clothes. Your body will be covered with towels and only the body part being treated, is thereby exposed.

EDV

For your relaxation and out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to refrain, throughout the spa area, from the use of mobile phones, cameras and other technical equipment.

Food & Beverage

For hygienic reasons, the consumption of brought food and beverages is unfortunately not permitted in the spa area. We provide, however, water, tea and fresh fruit with sufficiency. Please help yourself!

Minimum Age

The suite4spa is a place of peace and relaxation. For this reason, the minimum age for spa guests is 16 years.

Smoking

Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout the spa area.

Pregnancy

We are happy to advise you on which treatments are recommended for you and your unborn child. For your own safety and for the welfare of the child, however, we ask you to consult your doctor in advance, whether or not a massage during pregnancy is recommended.

Cancellation

Of course, we understand if you cannot keep your appointment. In this case, however, we ask you to cancel your reservation on time. Bookings of applications can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to treatment. For cancellations up to 24 hours before the beginning of a treatment, 50% of the treatment costs will be billed. Thereafter, and for no-shows, we must, unfortunately, charge you the full price of the application.

Tips

Gratuities are not included in our prices. If you are satisfied with your treatment and would like to give a tip, you may give it directly to a spa staff person or mention it at the reception desk (guest check-in).

Tardiness

Please remember to schedule in enough time so that you may be relaxed during your treatment. Please understand that, in consideration of other guests, a late arrival may result in a shorter treatment and must be fully charged to your bill.

Valuables

The well-being and safety of our guests is very important to us. Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for loss of valuables. Therefore we recommend you to leave your valuables one of the provided safes or at home.
