GOLDEN SPA RULES
Respect, protection of privacy and peace are basic requirements for a relaxing and restful stay in our suite4spa wellness area.
Please note the following rules:

Zone
Out of consideration for other guests and for your own relaxation, bringing and using cell phones, smartphones, cameras, etc. is not permitted in the entire wellness area. Please use the lockers or leave your cell phone at home or in the room.
CLOTHING
Our sauna is, for hygienic reasons, a textile-free area. In the rest of the area, we ask you to wear a robe and slippers. We are pleased to welcome you in a bath robe 10 minutes before your spa treatment. All body massages can be performed better without clothes. Your body will be covered with towels and only the body part being treated, is thereby exposed.
Our wellness area is a place of peace and relaxation. Therefore, please refrain from conversations that could disturb other guests.
Loud conversations are prohibited. In the sauna, we ask you to refrain from talking altogether.

SMOKING
Smoking is generally prohibited in the wellness area. Smoking is permitted on the roof terrace when the door is closed. Please use the ashtrays.

The suite4spa is a place of peace and relaxation. For this reason, the minimum age for spa guests is 16 years.

BAG
Schwanger-schaft
With a deposit, you can borrow a spa bag at the reception. Please return the complete spa bag to the reception.

We are happy to advise you on which treatments are recommended for you and your unborn child. For your own safety and for the welfare of the child, however, we ask you to consult your doctor in advance, whether or not a massage during pregnancy is recommended.
FOOD &
BEVERAGE
For reasons of hygiene, the consummtion of brought food and drinks is not permitted in the entire wellness area. Complimentary water and tea are available for spa guests.
CANCELLATION
Of course, we understand if you cannot keep your appointment. In this case, however, we ask you to cancel your reservation on time. Bookings of applications can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to treatment. For cancellations up to 24 hours before the beginning of a treatment, 50% of the treatment costs will be billed. Thereafter, and for no-shows, we must, unfortunately, charge you the full price of the application.
Tardiness
Please remember to schedule in enough time so that you may be relaxed during your treatment. Please understand that, in consideration of other guests, a late arrival may result in a shorter treatment and must be fully charged to your bill.
Tip
Gratuities are not included in our prices. If you are satisfied with your treatment and would like to give a tip, you may give it directly to a spa staff person or mention it at the reception desk (guest check-in).
